iCarnegie: Identity and Style Guide
When I began working for iCarnegie Global Learning the company had already established a logo and brand. However it did not have a detailed guide of how to interact with its licensed content. Having many international businesses or institutions using material without guidance, a dilution of the company’s brand had already begun. I identified this problem to management, who agreed to allow myself to self-initiate and manage the design of a brand guidelines book for our clients to abide by.
Everyone from course developers to secretaries would have several reasons to be interacting with the company’s identity - not just designers. As such, I prefaced each section of the guide with a few key points for non-industry professionals to reference and hopefully make better informed decisions when creating new iCarnegie branded content. Below are renders of entire pages, graphics and descriptions found in the finished iCarnegie Identity and Style Guide.
